TentSizeCalc is an independent website offering free reception-tent area, dance-floor and tablecloth-size calculators with shared event settings and a browser-generated linen csv. The operator can be contacted at [email protected].

Digital file, price and use

Wedding & Event Tent Floorplan and Rental Checklist is a completed 2-page English US Letter PDF for printing and handwriting. The listed price is USD $4.99 for a one-time purchase, with no subscription, trial conversion or auto-renewal. No physical materials are included. Full contents and limits are on Pricing.

Paid ordering and buyer delivery are currently closed. Private email delivery after verified payment is the intended launch method, not a currently available service. Checkout and delivery information will be provided before any purchase is offered. Waffo Pancake is the intended payment provider; no live payment service is connected on this site.

You may use calculator outputs for your own lawful project planning and, once purchased, print the PDF for your own projects. Do not resell or publicly distribute the original paid PDF. Inputs, uploaded files and project information must be yours to use.

Refunds and cancellation

Once purchases are available, request cancellation before the PDF is delivered. For non-delivery, a damaged or unreadable file, the wrong product, or a duplicate charge, contact [email protected] with the order reference and product name to request corrected delivery or a refund. Cancellation and refund requests after normal delivery are handled in accordance with applicable law. Approved refunds go through the payment provider; posting time depends on the payment method. There are no recurring payments to cancel. Nothing restricts statutory consumer rights.

Disclaimer and responsibility

The calculators, diagrams and PDF are planning aids. Check inputs, measurements and the limits shown beside each result before using it. A hand-filled worksheet, not a certified floorplan or an automatically generated event design. Twenty blank rows do not prescribe twenty tables. Bring your own printer and paper; rental inventory and physical equipment are not included. Area candidates do not establish a workable layout, fire capacity, structural safety, egress, permits or anchoring suitability. Confirm with your venue and rental professional. Print US Letter at Actual size / 100%; no physical print or supplier approval is represented.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Liability for indirect or consequential losses is limited only to the extent allowed by law. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Acceptable use and termination

Do not disrupt the website, attempt unauthorized access, distribute the paid file without permission, submit unlawful content or harass users or support contacts. Access may be restricted or stopped when reasonably necessary for misuse, security or legal requirements. This does not automatically forfeit a lawful paid purchase or remove statutory rights. Contact support if a restriction appears to be a mistake. No website account system currently exists.
